RecycleOn was founded by the nonprofit Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO), Circular Action Alliance (CAA) to educate the public about proper recycling practices and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws.
CAA is a PRO dedicated to implementing effective EPR laws for paper and packaging.
As a nonprofit, producer-led organization, CAA is committed to helping producers comply with EPR laws, delivering harmonized best-in-class compliance services, and working with communities to reduce waste and recycle more.
