RecycleOn Oregon has partnered with recycling companies to offer a convenient at-home collection service for items typically collected at recycling centers.
Community members with disabilities who are unable to transport their recycling to RecycleOn Oregon Recycling Centers or other collection points can request a free pickup using the form on this page.

Submit Disability Statement
Submit a legible disability statement from a physician or social worker on official letterhead, including phone number and email address. Email it to:

Application Review
Circular Action Alliance (operator of RecycleOn Oregon) will review your application.
You and your recycling company will be notified upon approval.

Schedule Collection
Once approved, contact your recycling company to schedule a collection appointment.
On the scheduled day, place your recycling in a bag in a visible location previously agreed upon with the driver.
