Making Recycling
Accessible for Everyone

RecycleOn Oregon has partnered with recycling companies to offer a convenient at-home collection service for items typically collected at recycling centers.

Community members with disabilities who are unable to transport their recycling to RecycleOn Oregon Recycling Centers or other collection points can request a free pickup using the form on this page.

How to Request

  • Submit the Form

    Complete the online application form below.

    If you prefer a paper application form, please request one by emailing:

    oregoninfo@circularaction.org

  • Application Review

    Circular Action Alliance (operator of RecycleOn Oregon) will review your application.

    You and your recycling company will be notified upon approval.

  • Schedule Collection

    Once approved, contact your recycling company to schedule a collection appointment.

    On the scheduled day, place your recycling in a bag in a visible location previously agreed upon with the driver.

How Can We Reach You?

Attestation - I attest that I am a person living with a disability and that no one in my household can deliver recyclable materials, as listed on the PRO Recycling Acceptance List, to a RecycleOn Recycling Center or other authorized recycling collection point.(Required)
Submit a legible statement of disability from a physician or social worker on official letterhead, including their phone number and email address.
